Our Fees

A simple mechanical patent application for a single invention is prepared for a flat rate fee of $6,500 plus $85 per drawing sheet. This fee includes an in-depth classification search of prior art.

USPTO Fees

The regular USPTO filing fee is $545 for a typical 20 claim patent.  This fee is doubled if the patent is filed on behalf of a large entity.
